The H&R kit comes with everything you need, 2 sets of bolts, one set to bolt the spacer to the hub (these are counter sunk style); and a slightly shorter set to the OEM's to bolt the wheel to the spacer.
The only cutting down you need to do is if you want to reuse the locking bolts (these will need 5mm of so cutting of). This is very important otherwise they will feel like they are tight when they are in fact just pushing up against the face of the spacer.
Good question, I changed a flat tyre2 days ago, and from memory the HR's defiantly have the wobble collars, can't remember if they are 19mm heads like the oem's; I will check for you.
Because I run Devonports alloys there is a centre piece cover which does not relay on the bolt heads to hold it in place.
I also need spacers on my T28 Highline camper...the wheels look too 'under the van' at present and I want them level with the side of the van.
I also understand that I may need shorter bolts? Unless the bolts go all the way through the spacers into the hubs...currently got 18" highline alloys which I quite like and don't want to drop it as we go over rough tracks when we get away in it.
The rear spacers has everything in the kit. You bolt spacer to hub using counter sunk bolts supplied with kit. You then put wheel on to spacer & use the shorter 19mm head bolt that also comes with the kit.
For the fronts you need 10 longer bolts which are not supplied with the kit. I purchased mine on eBay. Item number: 371480896286
@Daniel84 , have you managed to find locking wheel nuts and suitable bolt head covers ?
I'm thinking of buying a pack of the 4 longer sized bolts and just cutting two down for the rears....
