Almost, a small bit of coding is required to keep your dipped beam on when high beam is active. Are the H7s a straight plug and play swap for the H4s?

I noticed this didn't have a reply and having just bought a set from THQ, see they provide a couple of choices. Those are - supplied with extra 100W bulbs and no harness, or 55W bulbs and the harness for dipped and mains on high beam. I can do the coding so didn't need the harness.Hey THQ !
I'm still in love with your headlights
Any news about that Loom ?
I thing some have activated that through VCDS, but I can't find the detailed info how to.
Can someone point me the right direction ?
thanks .
Did you sell the H7s you removed ?
Hmm. More reading required me thinks. I really want OEM LEDs. Wish you could buy a kit for that with all the bits and a how toWould it not be easier to install H4 LED bulbs ? That way you wouldn’t need to install headlamp washers (but with either option, you may still fall foul of the new MOT rules due to you not having an auto-leveller fitted).
The kit is a ZESFOR 35W canbus 5, 6000k, bought in audiledcar.
Note - I'm not endorsing this approach as I like to be legal and now run proper halogen type bulbs......however......When I tried a 55w HID kit with h4 bulbs I had errors and no lights when the engine was running, they worked with just the ignition on but failed to light with the engine running.
Your 35w HID kit is working with no issues yeah? if so this looks like a good combo...
(The only other van is the Pure Grey T6 running Rolls Royce wheels at THQ owned by one of his guys as a long term quality test)I think these might be enough to make me press the button. I said last year I would probably hang on for the 2nd gen. I think a set of these in chrome with matching rears may be going on mine this winter
