We have coilovers in development with Bilstein and very shortly we will be able to release details of our rear seat conversion - with reclining and sliding seats with armrests on rails. All this and fully certificated and crash tested/pull tested.
If you’d like to take a look and have a drive give us a call.

Can you fit this l-track style rail system into a T6 (LWB) floor? Our Kombi seat install is complete on our T7 - Complete with sliding rails, armrest and reclining seats - We have many options for this seating system, and in can go in pretty much any vehicle and full certificated too. Far more flexible than the factory kombi option with fixed bulkhead. This has been fully upgraded with our Nappa leather.
Available with swivel seat bases and there is a table option too, this will be a better value, and more comfortable option to the caravelle setting option in a T5/T6 Transporter and more flexible too

Thanks for the feedback. This setup looks great @BognorMotors and can see lots of benefits over the standard kombi offering at present. Also looks very costly with the full length rails nappa and armrests etc. Are the rails 'glued' down? What sort of cost would you be talking for this setup. Seats rails flooring etc....?
Shorter rails should be possible as long as enough retaining bolts and spreader plates can be placed along the rail to meet the safety spec they have. I’d like about 50-100cm of rail at the front of the load area so seats can be adjusted just a bit for leg room. Might need to be longer than that. Depends on access and suitability in the floor as well. Interested to hear what BMVS say about that. This sytem looks pretty cool.
So a really daft question....could a shorter set of rails be fitted just to accomodate one passenger seat behind the drivers side, just enough room for passnger legroom, and in the back of a panel van with a motexion bulkhead fitted....just for an occasional third passenger..the seat would mostly be removed from the vehicle.
Do you have to remove all the exisitng floor to fit these? ( currently 18mm phenolic ply)
How high do the rails sit above the flooring...looks slightly less than 10mm?
Thanks Oli.
If it is, you can see on the website there are shorter rail options.nice! is this the CoTrim flexivan system?
Yes we are just getting all the correct documentation and then we can offer all solutions. Minimum pull tested rail length is 900mm but we would do 1200mm. The floor needs to be removed and refitted after around it. It sits up around 25mm off the current floorThis sytem looks pretty cool.

It’s all about the pull testing spec - see above answerShorter rails should be possible as long as enough retaining bolts and spreader plates can be placed along the rail to meet the safety spec they have. This is nothing to do with Cotrim. We are dealing direct with our supplier in Germany and are now their approved installernice! is this the CoTrim flexivan system?
