A bit of advice please. When my new T6.1 finally arrives, I'm thinking of putting some 18" alloys on, but I don't want to go as wide as the 255's that seem to be the norm. Could I fit 225 of 235? and if so can anyone recommend some all seasons suitable for a T32 please.

Hi, I've put on Amorok wheels on my 2019 transporter. wheel size is 235 / 55 / 18. Tyres are Pirelli Scorpions Verde rated 104, They are perfect & have little or no speedo error readout. Just make sure you don't get the 16" rims off an Amorok as they don't spin past the brake calipers.

I saw these on an Amarok yesterday. I really liked them, until a found out they are over £800 per wheel o_O :uh run:

Hi, I'm not looking at Amarok wheels at all. It does seem though that there is very little choice in tyres for a T32 whether I go 235 or 255.

I've just bought some 17" Amaroks for my T5.1 (replacing some 20" Wolfraces). Mechanic mentioned I might need hub spacers...anyone know if I do? Bolts for Transporter and Amarok are the same, I think? Is there anything else I need to buy, before I have these fitted? Thanks in advance.

Amarok wheels go straight on.

Have Amorok 17" on my 19 transporter with 235 /55 17 pirelli tyres & fitted straight on , no spacers & speedo reads accurately. Same design rim as the photo in Mr Padders post.

Thanks. And Transporter/Amarok use the same bolts? I guess my current Wolfrace wheels would have different bolts? Sorry, it's my first vehicle and I'm new to all this!

aftermarket wheels usually use different bolts,i have a set of amarok wheels with 20 original bolts for sale

Hello,

This is my first post so please bare with… I’ve bought a set of 19” Cantera alloys with fitted tyres 255/55/19 all terrain, but have hit an expected issue with the tyres being too chunky!

Could I successfully run a set of 255/40/19 standard tread tyre,so possibly Pirelli’s or Bridgestone etc.? Without the possibility of rubbing on the arches.

Any help and guidance on this would be much appreciated. I’ve seen these wheels fitted on other T5’s & 6’s but not sure what size tyre are being used.

Thanks for reading.

@Richard-88 255/55/19's are the standard tyre when the Cantera is fitted to an Amarok.
This is tooooo big for a T5 / T6 fitment
Mine have 245/45/19's and the rolling radius means the speedo is spot on

Bedtime reading:

Hello
I am thinking of buying some alloy wheels on my van and found some Amarok 16" ones.
I have read the whole topic, and someone complained about Amarok 16" rim hitting the brake caliper (because he had bigger calipers)
How do I know if I have big(ger) brake calipers?
Mine is a 2017, T29, 102 hp CXGB engine. Came with 16" steel wheels
Will the Amarok alloys fit my van? Or should I buy something else
