After a week or so, the initial feeling of a little more power had worn off an I was beginning to wonder if this was actually worth the £300 I'd spent. Whilst a 30 horsepower increase to a 1300kg car will be noticeable, it doesn't feel as if it's making much of a difference in shifting a 2050kg van. What I did notice today tho' was how much at ease it felt with 2000kg of car and trailer behind it. I used to use Sport mode when towing, but now it's perfectly fine in Drive. It's able to hold onto higher gears on hills and not constantly changing down to keep the revs up.

It's still no ball of fire, but then it is a van after all, but it's the increase in torque where it's needed most where the benefits are shown. Fuel consumption seems no different. So to sum up, if I didn't tow from time to time, then I don't think I would bother again.

I've just bought some 2 days ago from auto lights direct. £19 Inc Vat delivered.
When I checked euro's they were about £30. £23 and knowing it's easy to return if there's a fault is a good deal IMO.
 
Oil at Costco, £19.18 inc VAT for 4 litres. Up until 22nd Nov.
