I purchased a 2018 LWB SE shuttle a couple of months ago and began modifying it straight away. We have always dreamed of having a van so basically sold my motorbikes and purchased this shuttle from Scotland. Drove my car up there traded it in and drove this home. 4 hours after collecting it I was getting a MFSW fitted.

Next on the list was sound proofing it and insulating it which has caused alot of bleeding (2mm Silent coat is a bastid!!) and running the wiring for EHU and leisure battery. Big thanks @travelvolts for his wiring kit.

I have installed a exp + 130 AGM under the drivers seat connected to a Victron orion-Tr smart charger. Its a very tight fit and I need to make good on the oem loom so it doesnt get near the cooling fins on the Orion.

Finally installed the blue smart battery charger and under seat fuse box.

Nice work and quick progress! Just bought my first shuttle (exactly the same as yours) to have a go at after previously and still owning PV's. Just debating as to weather I want to go full camper with pop top or day van with a sink/fridge pod, removable seat in the middle and sliding rails r and r bed at the back. What you doing with the HVAC at the rear?

Originally we were going to spend all our money on a HiLo or Stealth roof (6500) and (5300) these costs were keeping the aircon and controls in the rear but we've decided to fit a van-king bed, vangear maxi kitchen unit and webasto heater.

Yeh, that's a lot of money. Shrewd decision not to if your not looking for a 4 birth or going to cook in the van.

That bed looks class, I was looking at a similar bed from Van Essa. Can you fold the back row bench over to be covered by the bed frame?

The rear bench forms part of the bed when there folded down have a look on vanking website there’s loads of photos

Theres a couple of options for the rear bed in the LWB, keep rear bench and fold it down to form part of the bed or lose the rear bench and have a permanent bed. VAN-KING Murray the owner will explain if you need to know more.

Cheers, I had a quick look at the site but will contact them- don't have the van yet but looking at LWB Shuttle and was hoping to keep the rear bench seat and take out the middle three seats to install some kind of POD system
