Finally got a couple of hours to work on the van round about the kids... I’ve done the front headlining going to get the back done when Im off next .

Hi, I am part way through my conversion and didnt want to go down the pop top route. Has anyone installed a halo roof I think they are called? Goes just below the roof lining. Just wondered if you made your own and how you attached them?

I want to fit a better roof lining for my T6.1 LWB Kombi rather than the standard hardboard, but I don’t want carpet, something more like the front roof lining. Any advice on alternatives and where to get it from please.

As in the title, Im trying to find a place to buy a piece of 3.6mm ply to make a 1 piece roof/ceiling. Thanks for any suggestions.

I've jst gutted my T6 shuttle and it's currently away having a Hilo roof fitted, I've just realised that when removing the headliner I have also removed the rear motion sensor, it fits in the hole at the tailgate end of the headliner shown in the picture below. Does this need to get fitted back...

Just interested in ideas on how to finish the ceiling without a pop top. Did you trip the OEM panels? What did you do with the two joining pieces? Ply lined? 1 or 2 piece? How did you manage the joints with a 2 piece? All ideas and especially pics appreciated.

Hi All Has anyone used Harrison trims Suedeliner? Was thinking of using on the head lining in the rear was wondering how durable it is with two young children and their sticky little fingers is it easy to clean? Wouldnt mind using it on the side panels but maybe a step to far! Cheers
