Pop Top Bed Length

I'm going to put my own bed in place in my Van. It came with a pop top, but no bed, due to a shortage of struts in the UK for beds.
I'm just wondering how long most pop top beds are.

I actually wonder if they aren't all somewhat different lengths, due to differences in each brand of pop top.
If that is the case, then I'm asking the wrong question. the right question would be,

what space to leave in front of the bed to allow for the kids to climb up into the bed?

Thanks, I think on reflection i can go out, raise the pop top and see where that 2m would get me to. my kids are some way off 2m so that'll give me a good guide.

I have the reimo swb bed and works a treat all be it had to make a ladder for the wife.
