Loving the green stripe through the grill. :thumbsup:

One some of the photos it looks like a tint rather than a strip of solid colour.

Is the painted green or vinyl?

Another van finished for the forecourt - no boxes left unticked with this 2022 3000 mile 150ps Kombi - It’s the first van with out superposition seats fitted
Oli, I've seen a few vans where the accent colour has been painted on the "brows" of the outer vents and on the "separator" between the 2 central vents, as per this pic View attachment 178893.

Is there a specific reason why the accent paintwork on so many vans is restricted to these areas? Is it that theses areas are well delineated and provide a well-defined edge for masking, or is it simply a design choice based on the principle that "less is more"?

The reason I ask is that I'm considering having the whole surround of both outer vents painted, but not sure if that's (a) achievable and (b) would look right.

Less is definitely more with us. We often gloss black the rest of the grille and the speedo surround which really lifts the interior quality wise, but we have done these in full body colour before;

Here is a Ravenna blue van we have done with dash colour coded and yellow highlights to match the brakes etc.

Yep, stole the ideas from your Indium Grey Kombi you let me demo before you did my STX Coilovers. Didn’t quite have the finesse to do the accents myself but definitely an improvement to a standard cockpit.

Cheers Oli - will deffo consider gloss black for the grills & binnacle. Agree less is more (especially with a bright orange accent :oops:), but I'm thinking slightly more may be even more! :laugh:

Love the Ascot Grey Kombi, hence why i’ve got one on order… can’t say I like the green on the inside/exterior, anyone out there who has done this on an Ascot grey but in a different colour?
