Had the same fitted by Steve @CRS Performance , over the moon with the service, speed, expertise, and guidance. Being a total novice to this scene. 60mm drop and Supermetal 20’s running 275/35, rides lovely much better than standard.

Van is looking really good, have I read it correctly that you are now lowered 65mm ? The reason im asking is because i have H&R 40mm drop springs on our van and it looks lower than yours which concerns me. I actually want to go the other way, i'd like our camper 30mm absolute max drop but level the back end being lower annoys me.
If the Van is sitting lower than 40 mm all the time i am afraid the Special active wont be suitable . Might be worth changing the rear shocks to accommodate the changesMy advise would be to stick -30mm Eibach springs on the front and use standard T30/32 springs on the rear.
I had Koni Actives with the lightest H&R -40mm springs fitted, which, whilst it was empty, sat and drove fine, but now I am using the van differently resulting in carrying more weight, it sits markedly lower at the rear.
I bought an Eibach -30mm, fronts only spring kit which I fitted together with my original T30 standard rear springs, and not only do the arch gaps look the same, but also the ride has improved further due to the increased suspension travel.
Its very common on heavy conversions to just drop the front to balance things out, hence why Eibach supply a fronts only kit.
I will provide and update at the end of the month as planing on having a week off and some drivin, hopefully family in the back will notice the benefits.
steve said et35mm really is where it needs to as it gives scope on tyre width to 275 if you wished as it brings wheel further in. Mine sit a little proud on the front. Mix bag of alloy sizes out there, it’s not easy finding what you like to be load rated and then the optimum size for lowering and user ability.
probably get Steve’s advice before buying any alloys to check they will work with chosen set up.
good luck
Gav I was referring to the ET35 as something to be careful off as the wheel then sticks out of the body more and with a 275 tyre it can be a problem .I will provide and update at the end of the month as planing on having a week off and some drivin, hopefully family in the back will notice the benefits.

Andy we have spacers to correct conversion sag on the back . Do you know what H&R springs you have in your van ? there are 8 different versions and results vary depending on the Van and ModsVan is looking really good, have I read it correctly that you are now lowered 65mm ? KONI, Bilstein and KW all manufacture dampers for independent suspension companies the industry is very incestuous for sureYes this is Certainly correct with KW, which is certainly not a bad thing. They supply their own, ST and the make the shocks for the Eibach Street Comforts. Probably other too.
I think Koni have a similar arrangement but I’m not really up on them so maybe Steve can answer that.
Bilstein seem to stick the their own shocks but use other springs.
It’s all very inbred. ;-)
It’s good you’re pleased they are a quality set up

Hi Steve , I'll have a look underneath today and try see the number that is on the springsAndy we have spacers to correct conversion sag on the back . Do you know what H&R springs you have in your van ? there are 8 different versions and results vary depending on the Van and Mods
where didThat is why I put the standard T30 springs back in the rear.
Paired with the -30mm Eibach springs in the front, when loaded, the all round drop is between 30/35mm.
Personally, I think the van rides slightly better.
Hi Steve , do these numbers mean anything to you ?Andy we have spacers to correct conversion sag on the back . Do you know what H&R springs you have in your van ? there are 8 different versions and results vary depending on the Van and Mods

hi SteveHI Andy , Yes that is the longer H&R spring , can you measure the rake for me now so i can recommend the remedy , the two sill measurements i need front and rear , Apologies if you have already sent them to me i cant remember .

We need to lift the rear approx 25 mm . I have spacers that can do that !! . The spring rate will be fine so we can leave the springs as they are !hi Steve

-rear arch 390

the alloys are 20"'s and the tyres are 275/40/20 ( soon to be 275/35/20)
Hi there Springs carry the weight , The shocks resist movement of the unsprung Mass which is the same loaded or unloaded so dont worry the KONI shocks will work fine . If you carry a ton all the time it might pay to get those really heavy duty springs to keep the rake angle correct , Try it and see how it sits with the weight inHi does anyone run these vans with weight in them, I run my T32 on the load limit most of the time and trying to find out what the Koni suspension is like with weight on . I'm waiting the delivery of my new T32 lwb 4 motion and want to get the suspension sorted asap when delivered.
Thanks .

This is exactly what I'm looking for, for my black and chrome velle. Where did you get your wheels from, and whats the specHad the same fitted by Steve @CRS Performance , over the moon with the service, speed, expertise, and guidance.
