Yes, fitted on the best side! There are a few threads on here with others who have done it, look for the "building a raised floor" threads

It's going quite well, we just chose the most complicated factory cover that I have seen. Doing a captains seat would be a piece of cake after this

No, I had them done at Sign, Print, Wrap & Tint Company In Wiltshire here in Swindon. I’ve used them before when I had my mini clubman roof ‘nightjacked’. . Great lads.
