What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Iv spent the last week changing wheels, discs and pads on my t6 t32 204 4motion.
After much deliberating i decided to stick with genuine wheels; VW Amarok Milford from the early Aventura v6 models. Tyres i decided on Maxxis premetra 235/50r19 103 rating and bare a strong resemblance to the Michelin latitude but without the price.
Refurbished in dark anthracite by lepsons in kent. Brakes i went for Ebc discs with greenstuff pads, and a bronze metallic caliper paint to finish it off.

I've fitted one and ended up using tigerseal as drilling out the correct holes for studs is a mare. I've covered my rear barn door cards with a leather look vinyl (see my posts) , think your panel may look better in that than carpet? Drop me a message if you want some of the vinyl as I've got about 20m left Birmingham based

Also finished making my rear panels to cover the curtains today, just need to drill three holes in the daylight to install, think you get the jist? Not sure if I should have done matching leather look like the bottom panels now? 20200916_195803.jpg20200916_195836.jpg20200916_195846.jpg20200916_195823.jpg20200916_195803.jpg

Edit to say I posted this in the wrong thread, should’ve been in “Where have you been in your van today”

What deals did you get on the old trade card, must dig mine out!
Hi. Nice van. It looks like you don’t have a pop up roof but do have a side awning. Can you post / send some pics. I fancy a side awning but don’t have a pop roof and am a bit worried it may look like a pipe store tube. Yours looks great.
thanks in advance.

Well, it’s my birthday so I have all sorts of pocket money mods to add and I thought I would start with smoked side repeaters in a DLR styles. Cheesy but cool?

I've fitted Transporter HQ V2 projector headlights with 35W HID's behind the projectors, and the Travelinlite loom to keep dip beam on with main. When it gets dark I will see what beam adjustment is required, but so far, so good, all works as it should!
I've got Osram Nightbreakers in the H1 main beam, if they're not good enough I'll have to consider LED's, I'm not so concerned about dazzling with main beam as they shouldn't be on in the face of oncoming traffic anyway. The Xenons have a nice sharp cutoff so hopefully when adjusted properly there will be no issues with those either.
I'm very grateful to others on this forum who have described their journeys out of the H4 twilight!!!

Been putting this one off for a while .
Removed my rear spoiler stuck on by myself with Stixall . Bloody hell what a mess . Got it all off eventually! Need to call the spray shop now see if they can make it good !
