What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Renogy, why make life more complicated than it needs to be, arrows up and you're filling the battery, arrows down you're emptying it, the volts, watts and current numbers tell you by how much...

That's filling it up for free from two Renogy 175w Flexi panels...

That's the current draw from the Renogy 2kw inverter powering a 230v 1kw travel kettle.
Did I mention Renogy?
Edit, the time to filling or emptying the battery is shown below the capacity % number so the travel kettle would run supposedly for 2 hrs 50 mins before the battery coughing it's lungs up. :geek:

Moved 12v socket from behind the drivers seat (floor level and perfect for kicking!). Now up on B Pillar behind the driver seat, took the oppertunity to add USB outlet with the unplanned benefit of voltage display for leisure battery it's fed from. Also added storage net to side panel.

@Drive Wayne Did she let go with both barrels on her 12 bore or is that one of them there starry sky effects of which I like?
We do be liking the starry underside of the bedboard, a pleasant night time effect, some may say romantic when your not camping with your 18 year old daughter! It was her lip balm that was wedged in the hinge gap and wifey wondering why the bed board wouldn't come down properly, so naturally she forced it against its will. 4 hours this afternoon I'll never get back!

Having bought the Alpine speakers I made a start sound deadening the front doors.

Fitted the 8inch to the doors, great job. They sound good, much better bass. Got the tweeters still to do

Because I'm lazy I keep the mounting panel on and did what I could through the speaker hole. Actually did most of the door, just lost some skin.

Didn't take any after photos as typically I was rushed. But the doors sound great, no more awful twang when you shut them!

While the door cards are off I’d advise sticking 10mm self adhesive closed cell foam on the back of them, it makes a big difference.

I did put some cell foam stuff on top of the mounting panel in the end, just roughly... not sure which is best method. Hopefully they won't be off for a long time cause they are a right pain!
