Were they replacement centre caps or stickers? Do you have a link from when you bought?
I bought genuine vw centre caps, cut the tabs off the back and sanded them smooth then peeled the foil badge from the Leighton caps and sanded those caps and epoxy glued them together. Bit of a palava really but only took 20 mins and it was the only way I could think of to do it properly!
Washed Havana yesterday and think I'm finally at the end of the journey on the exterior with the addition of pressed metal reg plates - she's 5 years old this month and having had another great weekend stealth camping/hiking
If you're looking at buying a van then don't hesitate, I dilly-dallied for 3-4 years and wish I'd dived in far sooner
Two more weekends away planned already in may which will cost me not much more than the diesel
