Europe and Scandinavia van site app

hi, going to be doing a lot of driving through Europe and Scandinavia.

Is there an app that shows sites, etc.

So I can stop on the hop if needs be!

Does all Europe and sweden. But no Norway or Finland

I use Campercontact and park4night apps on the iPhone. Both very useful, esp Campercontact which is run by the Dutch Ccamping club and is kept very up to date. Never found the need to use anything else in Europe and Scandinavia.
