Can't see in your photo.
What is the part number of your pressure sensors?

The following components appear to be compatible with PQ25 platform.

Control unit/receiver (auto-location)
3AA907273D
3AA907273F

Sensors
3AA907275
3AA907275B
3AA907275D
3AA907275F

I have never used non OEM sensors so assuming they are compatible,
where did you locate your controller/receiver?

That procedure I got today of the vw dealer
If I miss no 2 need realise pressure or increase for wake up sensors again and flow procedure. Will try tomorrow today so busy

TPMS SENSITIVE TRAINING PROCEDURE - VW TIGUAN 2011-2016
1. Inflate the tires to the pressure indicated on the car's nameplate.
2. Wait min. 20 min. leaving the car parked.
3. If present - press the TPMS button on the car dashboard, if not skip this one step.
4. Drive above 30 km / h until the new sensors remain

I got round to fitting this in my 2012 Caravelle T5.1, I know others have successfully fitted it to T5.1's so thought I'd give it a go too. I've got a T6 BCM so all should in theory work, but I reckon my cluster is too old to display the info unfortunately as I'm getting errors about missing messages now I've uploaded my parameters. I haven't fitted the wheel sensors yet, but it should still display the TPMS screen and have pressure in the units section. I tried disabling the indirect TPMS in the ABS pump but it didn't make any difference.

It's a colour premium cluster but with part number 7E0920980G and I can't find much info about those online. There's lots of info and updated flash files for 7E0920880 colour clusters but I have no idea if they're even similar so daren't try flashing. I don't think I can justify the insane expense of another colour cluster when I already have one unfortunately

Here's an autoscan if anyone can help me at all Caravelle TPMS with parameters - Pastebin.com - section specifically from instruments is below

My 2013 T5.1 Color Cluster shows everything.
But it is 7E0 920 880 J H04 0509
So higher SW Version than yours.

Cluster Update is possible, you need to get your hands on newer SW File for Premium Color (not 3D) for PQ25 Cars !
There are only two Types of Cluster Firmware used in PQ.
Firmware for PQ25 (Transporter Amarok Polo) and FW for PQ35 (Sharan, Golf ....)

You can use any PQ25 SW with Version lower than 0700, because with something around 0700 3D was introduced, that is not compatible.
Eeprom needs to be corrected after update.

But still it it not shure that this is the issue.
Please use Rosstech Hex V2 or VCP or Odis to show the Error from Cluster completely and post it.

The BCM (PQ25 Max4 7E0937090) needs to be minimum hardware version H81 to have address 65 (Tire Pressure) on CAN GW installation list.:)

View attachment 57549

But if yours is lower then not to worry cause BCM is very easy to be replaced and second hand units can be bought for approximately £53=€60;)

I had the same error when my bcm was H80
You need to upgrade your bcm to H82 and this error will disappear, and your cluster will show the Tire pressure

Apologies for the delay, I don't know if it is useful or not, but I managed to check with ODIS and this is what came up

I did see some stuff about flashing the clusters on PQ25 on a russian forum here which agrees with what you say that all PQ25 are the same - Тайна активации Индикатора износа тормозных колодок на PQ25 раскрыта! — Volkswagen CrossPolo, 1.2 liter, 2010 year on DRIVE2

I have an up to date flashdaten download, but not sure which are compatible, I am guessing it will need to be from a PQ25 colour cluster, so approx 8mb in size frf file, the only ones I can find are older versions than I already have. Any idea on other sources for this file? And what is needed to correct eeprom?

None of these use Component Protection.

Note: When referring to a „part number“ of a ECU, usually the SW part number is meant.
This is also the number shown in VCDS and ETKA, and the one you’ll want to GOOGLE for.
The HW part number is only interesting for altering the ECU (i.e. cross-flashing).

As I cant get indirect TPMS working with vcds on a T61. Im wondering how difficult the direct TPMS would be :/

Plus my current VW Amarok wheels 275/40/19

hello
can we modify the pressure indicated in the middle of the car simply
or you must use RDKSEditor and VCP or ODIS
thank you

You have to generate new data set file with your desired pressure sets and then upload it to your DTPMS controller.
ODIS or VCP are the best tools for that.

hello
I just set up my TPMS
the transmitter 3AA907273F
sensors 3AA907275
normally it's ok
no fault code in 65
the sensor numbers are recognized
but not their location
and I have terminal 15 which is off?
if you can give me a solution thanks gerry20211004_175744[1].jpg

I tested the Display in Kombinistrument with some KI's and with the infos we gathered here it looks like this:

T6 Black/White KI is showing the Outline
- 7E0 920 870 S H03 1107
- 7E0 920 970 S H03 1104
- 7E0 920 871 A H02 2030

T5 GP Premium 3D KI is showing the Outline
- 7E0 920 880 J H04 0509
View attachment 93431

T6 Premium 3D KI is not showing the Outline
- 7E0 920 880 S H04 1105
- 7E0 920 980 L H05 1008
Amarok Premium 3D KI is not showing the Outline
- 2H6 920 883A 2030

So since the Premium 3D in general can show the outline, i think VW messed something in the newer Versions up ...
Probably they needed Space and removed this Graphic ...
I have retrofitted a color T6 cluster but It shows the outline
