No sure I have got & fitted the wrong ones, there is a notch as you can see on the photo, is this correct?

Mine have same. About parallel with top of mirror casing on both sides. Assumed it helps smooth airflow and reduce noise.

Hi all I have just fitted a pair of smoked tint climair wind deflectors with the new clips...I can confirm the instructions are crap..but thanks to this thread they are dead easy to fit.
First put the rubber bit on the deflector, then slot the metal clip over it, then wiggle the deflector and clip into the window channel, then put the clip onto the wing mirror plastic trim as the pic in the thread above shows.
They fit perfectly, look great and the window goes straight up and clears them easily unlike my heko set on my t4 which always come back down again.

I bought them euro car parts today £41.49 which was the cheapest I could find !!

That clip is a nice little improvement on the design!

Mine are still great about 15 months and probably 5000 miles in, with the original tiny little screw!

I’ve had a tab open for weeks at ECP waiting in the hope that they’ll come down in price even a a little. Might just have to bite the bullet.

Yep that’s the same number as the ones I bought last week…they are brilliant done a few hundred miles with them already and many up and down windows action with no snagging or window part stopping !
