ACC & City Braking - How Its Done -

Thanks @Dellmassive
- SW: 7E0 907 379 Q HW: 7E0 907 379 N with ACC Support
- SW: 7E0 907 379 P HW: 7E0 907 379 M without ACC Support (City Breaking possible)

This was validated by 55 VCDS Scans i gathered over the last Months.
BUT just yesterday i stumbled about a T6 with "P" Ending and ACC_LOW fittet.
Strange, so this Theorie is now not Valid :(

I can clarify this now.
- SW: 7E0 907 379 Q HW: 7E0 907 379 N does have ACC Support for Manual Gearbox and DSG
- SW: 7E0 907 379 P HW: 7E0 907 379 M does have ACC Support for Manual Gearbox only (Probably can do DSG, too, that needs to be veryfied)

Do you expect to find the units P/M only in early T6's - well before 2016 production? Mine with DSG+ACC was built in Nov-2015 and already had Q/N-module.

Mine is also DSG+ACC and was built in Nov-2015 and also has Q/N-module.

I now can do retrofit ACC to any T6 without changing the Cluster.
If anyone is conquering this way, i can help.
I want ACC in my van.
So what is involved? I have a March 2018 panel van with Front Assist/Brake assist etc. I know that I will need a new steering wheel with the appropriate button to set the distance, but what else is needed? Is it just coding through VCDS?

Thanks in advance.

What ABS unit do you have?

I don’t have VCDS, but Carista shows the following info regarding my ABS:
Part #: 7E0907379P
Coding: 517E43986567847F8A7BC27BA68521E679F100 (hex)
Component: ESC

Is that sufficient?

If you have Manual Gearbox than a ACC Upgrade will need no change of ABS Unit, wich DSG you need to change the ABS (what we know right now)
Probably 7E0907379P can do DSG, too, this needs to be verified by someone with 7E0907379P and DSG and ACC retrofit ....

In adidion to this.
- You need a EU6 Engine
- You need to change SteeringWheel Buttons to the one with ACC.
- A lot of coding with VCDS or VCP is needed
- Voodoomagic Software enabling of ACC Feature in ACC Unit is needed

I will try a Retrofit @ a friends T6 with DSG and ABS 7E0907379P.
So we will soon know if this works.
Still that is a never seen configuration.

Disclaimer: That is @ your own risk, dont blame me
