It was AB Campers that did our work, I think the slatted wood panels are widely available, in a range of colours.Thank you. I really appreciate the photos!
I suspect I know where you got this done, as been looking on their website recently. Cymru Campers?
Happy with the job and how bright are the led strips?
Any photos of where it joins the cab area too by any chance?

If I wash mine this AM by PM it is far worse unless it goes nowhere. Then after a few days of immobility it is covered by leaf matter and what ever drops from the trees, pollen moss ect and of course bird poo, loads of species to choose from. If I go on a shop to a town I might run a streaky pressure washer over to blast the worse off particularly the underside wheel arches tow hook and run it over the body but it only takes the worst off and soon it builds back up again. I do give it a polish occasionally but not for looks only paint preservation. The plastic mats build up their own story and get a bang now and then out of the vehicle and as a special treat a hose off occasionally. No point in being house proud living in the country with all that animal plop, cattle, ewes, etc and occasional horse muck in the middle of the road. Very good for gardens. After driving around Pembrokeshire for a few days van got absolutely stinking
So time for a quick wash

Thank you for posting. I believe that I may have seen their advertising before. There was a couple of off road oriented services in Aberystwyth including a Sekel outlet, I had thought that they may have stopped working but obviously not. Not too sure exactly what version of snorkel as mine is late 2019 199 Caravelle T6 and there may be subtle differences between T6, T6 199, and T6.1 so I will have a talk with them and see if they will sell and fit one as I could easily buy the wrong version and become stuck. Cutting holes in body work in exactly the right place and finding my long displaced rivnut device, might as well have it done by people doing that sort of thing every day. We have some off road fords not too faraway an it would be great to start using some of those byways again and also many roads in the region have been flooded this last few years. In a true off road vehicle it is not normally a great problem if equipped properly. In the T6 one takes an educated guess at the air intake height the power of the moving water, floatation and add a bit through experience but just occasionally ones sphincter twitches as a sudden unexpected dip in the way raises the water level or when dropping in off the bank the water level is artificially higher for a brief moment until he vehicle levels out. I do not fancy hydraulicing one of these engines they are a bit too expensive to be fooling around too much without prep.
Preparing the van for a trip, got the inspector in, all pronounced satisfactory.

Had the poptop canvas changed today under warranty, James at DriveLodge motorhomes in Skipton thank you so much, he even replaced one of the main poptop rams that was showing signs of corrosion.
Drive 3 hours home to put the bedboard back in situ, twinkly lights reconnected, almost like last nights stars in Skipton!

Thank goodness for companies who care!My van is also booked in with Storm pop tops for repair to the gel coat they’re based in Bristol but have a firm in Kidderminster for repairs, so just waiting for a date to have it done.
Luddite question. How do folk watch TV in the van, like straw poll style, live stuff with some sort of aerial, usb fire stick thing with internet, other?! My wife keeps asking the question and I keep putting it offNothing major done, just wired a new 12v socket and new USB outlet. Ready for the tv when it arrives tomorrow
