This recent bespoke conversion to the ever popular VWT6.1 turned out fantastic. SWB van with Reimo 3000 bonded seat system provides challenges with available space. However we incorporated soft close drawers and doors throughout, a portaloo, electrical system, 50l fridge, water syetm, it was a tight fit. Through many discussions with a discerning customer we listened to his ideas and produced this awsome finish. Although we are booked up for many months we would love to hear from you to discuss your ideas
One Piece 12mm furniture grade ply floor available. We have these for SWB, LWB, Kombi 2+1, triple seats, and twin sliding doors. They are full length and fit perfectly with OEM side step and rear threshold. We use these in all of our conversions and we supply to trade and retail customers. Collection only due to size unfortunately at this stage but could ship multiple for trade customers if needed at cost.
Currently £135 + vat but this can change due to ever fluctuating ply raw material costs.
Cheers

Here is a Birch Ply POD which we designed in conjunction with our customer, soft close drawers and doors, single burner hob, sink, fresh and waste water bottles. All removable form the Van.
Hi All, here we have an example of our boot units. These are removable, fit into the exiting floor mounts, birch ply with exposed edges and have 2 x sliding drawers. The drawers are specified to 72KG per drawer but he guy standing in the drawer on the photo is 95KG and they operate fine. The drawers are also lockable in and out.
This particular unit is designed slightly higher but the standard ones are 20mm less height and align more closely to the folded Kombi seat.
We can make these with 2 drawers or one large drawer with cooker etc if needed.

Here is one of our recent REIMO 3000 track seating system installs (not completed yet of course). We have undergone vigorous training and have invested in the specialist tooling required fit these bonded seating systems to your van and can therefore can supply and fit for trade and public customers. You can then take your van away, remove the seat and build your conversion around the seat.
These seats slide the full length of the van allowing the 3 rear passengers to sit comfortably directly behind the driver if required when on a journey. This leaves a huge load area in the rear to carry everything you need, away from the passenger. When stop at your destination – simply unload the gear and slide the seat to its fully rear position to give you a spacious living area.
The seat can also be removed completely if required, simply through the side door when you need more of a ‘van’ thank a camper. You can also purchase the additional single seats and fit to the sliding rail on LWB models. Making your campervan a full 7 seater.
The seats are also super safe as they have been through in chassis testing and complies to the latest European standards.
Due to the specialist training and tooling needed we can supply and fit only for trade and public customers.
It’s not just campers we do, we can undertake various furniture builds or kits, designed and manufactured in house on our 10 x 5 CNC machine.
Here is a Summer house kitchen we designed as a flat pack kit for our customer in Weymouth. They chose red units with cream interior, all birch ply HPL finish.
We can supply floors, ply panels, flat pack furniture kits, PODS etc etc. Get in touch if you need anything.
We fitted an SCA roof and lined out around this guy’s caravelle seat system to this vehicle last year. They wanted his speakers fitted in the rear so we created these speaker pods to allow fitment. He was a climber so wanted to store his kit in various places hence the additional D rings dotted around. The floor around the tracks I tricky but turned out well.
This chap had a T4 and was a fan of Marvel comics, We designed this conversion around his existing seat and large JBL subwoofer, no hob, but a beer fridge was needed. The Marvel headlining makes a welcome change and a burst of colour compared to standard suede, carpet headlining’s.
Cheers

Elevating Roofs.
We have been fitting elevating roofs for many years and have chosen to use, for various reasons (in our opinion) the best roofs available, this is not just the quality of the product but also the quality and size of supplier in case a problem is encountered. The roof is a very important part of the conversion and needs to be a good product and also fitted correctly to avoid many problems down the line.
These days we fit mainly REIMO, SCA and Skyline roofs, here are a few examples.
This is not T6 related as such but an a recent idea we had for hanging your MTB in the garage. Putting our CNC to use in a non-furniture way. This is Birch ply with HPL finish and is very strong and actually designed for the soon to arrive Cube E-MTB.
