Nothing happened with Hugh last week as we were at the TT on the Isle of Man. Once back we cracked on with the flooring.

9mm ply laid down as support.



And insulation added inbetween the ply. The wife is also happy with the progress.



12mm floor and Altro is also down and finished. I'll post up some photos tomorrow.

As promised (if not a little late) here's some pictures of the Altro flooring as well as a new tailgate and side door threshold. I'm in the process of trialing some beading between the carpet and floor.

I've fitted some Vanshades too. These will need a little adjustment (no fault of the product) but I'm very pleased with the result.

The last 3 months have been really busy with Hugh. We've been following a mate around the country who races bikes in the No Limits Newcomer Championship plus numerous weekends away camping. Travelling is a lot more comfortable now that the bed and kitchen are fitted (thanks to VanProject77).

We've also had Hughs new boots fitted as well as the Stance+ coilovers. Thanks to Matt at Independent Vehicle Specialists in Lincoln.


Need to paint the calipers now. The jobs never stop.

New Bullfinch Gas Outlet for Hugh and our Cadac BBQ. Plus treated him to a wash.


Oh and an awning rail.

Trimmed the B pillar uppers in suede and the lowers in carpet

The A pillars also in suede, tweeter grills and grab handles painted in Indium grey and Audison AP1 tweeters installed.



Doors sound deadened and Audison AP8s fitted.

How good is the Audison set up you have and what amp did you use ?

I suppose this sort of thing is very subjective but I think it's very good.

Jason @Absolut5 supplied all the bits including a Kenwood KAC-M1814 which lives behind the dash.
