Reversing Camera - Lowline to Highline Upgrade/Retrofit

With this thread my intention is to show people how to upgrade from OEM lowline to OEM highline camera setup.
"Area view 2" is separate project and to be honest I am not sure if this 2 units can exist simultaneously on the same vehicle.
I am going to complete highline upgrade project first, then add front aftermarket camera.
Obviously I will share with my experience and then I am going to follow @dnoermann to get "Area view 2" system onboard of a T6.
 
OEM facory fitted camera is called "lowline" and it is a very high resolution camera (verified).
Actually my original factory setup is called "lowline" only cause there are no movable lines while Park Pilot is used.

VW decided to use "lowline" camera setup only on a T6 and "highline" supposedly doesn't exist ;).
 
I have gone from no camera to a highline setup, all installed. But no video, in fact I have lost PA screen as well, even though i get my beeps.
Can you share some VCDS options that need to be set so I can compare with what I have please. I'm using a kit that is based on module 7N0907441B.

No Calibration sheet, but I should at least get a picture and the visual parking sensors screen.

This is the autoscan dump. You can ignore the faults, I have since cleared them now as they were old, so the only one they remains is the camera calibration.

What coding and adaptation modifications did you apply once you have completed hardware installation?
Apart from activating your new module 6C in CAN Gateway INSTALLATION LIST.

yep already tried it both enabled and disabled. rebooted headunit with the 10sec power button press and still no display of Camera or PA, wondering if I'm missing some setting in the camera module 6C. think it was Byte 0, indicating the vehicle, mine is set to "None/Not recognised" I think it said, there are options for Passat and Tiguan as well as Audis etc.
