I'm wondering why 56-Radio is ticked? It's probably confusing the 19-Gateway?
Although your coding for 10: Park/Steer Assist shouldn't disturb Rear View Camera, I'd still try stripping "extras" off to eliminate coding glitches and try just "plain" 00 00 05 11 11 - which works for me (towbar) or 00 00 05 10 11 (without towbar).
5F coding seems to be ok - byte 19, bit 4 "1"

Hi there, @Robert I have a 2019 Highline Kombi with factory fitted camera. Is it possible to have the moving guidelines and if so what do I need to do ?I want to have moving guidelines while reversing so I think I am going to do it.

SWB, LWB makes no difference.
Where did you connect your permanent 12V DC, reversing signal and GND to?
