T6 reversing camera guidelines

Hi, I’ve a 2017 with factory reverse camera but I doesn’t for some reason show the reverse guidelines, can they be coded in to work or do some camera just not have the feature! !!!

I'm not sure if it's the head unit that displays the guidelines, has it got the factory head unit?
I am sure some talented person on here will have the answer

Checked the VIN and it had factory camera so bit of a mystery ?

Perhaps the camera has been changed or something modified somewhere along the line ?
