Replacement key fob with Ghost immobiliser

As title suggests, I'm needing a new key but have a Ghost immobiliser installed.

How do I disable the Ghost immobiliser to programme a new key? I vaguely recall having to long press the gas pedal before entering the code to disable the Ghost immobiliser.

I've tried contacting Ghost numerous times before in the past but never received a call back from the technician.

Ghost immobiliser is 6 years old

If you're talking about the "service mode" I think it depends on how the installer set it up.
On mine you enter the code, wait for the ABS light to flash twice, then 5 partial presses of the accelerator, the ABS light then flashes 5 times to indicate that the Ghost is in "service mode"

I have managed to clone my key on my t5 ,,, using a key from eBay and a Chinese vvdi mini key tool.. also worked on my a4 b7 as well
