Renogy DC 50 - 50 mppt help

I have no output from the unit despite having checked the wiring 5 times.

There is No alternator light, no solar light. The battery light is slow red flash and the tick is green .

All voltages are fine when checked with voltmeter :-
Solar 19v
Alternator 12.6v engine off , 14.3v engine on
House battery 13.9v

The DC app states the house battery is kaput but it's brand new and working fine.

Any ideas ???

Problem identified.... Nothing to do with the Renogy controller, it was this thing . Replaced with an old fashioned in line fuse and all is well.

bit late to party.
but as you found out those cheap Chinese copy breakers are terrible for any current carrying loads.


swap them out for a good MIDI stle fuse and holder.

check your powers and grounds are all good, clean and tight.

Cheers - fired up immediately with a normal fuse. Will never use them again ! !
