I'm thinking of purchasing a powered sub, and need a permanent live for it. I would like to piggy back a fuse from the interior fuse box, any ideas which one I should use? The switched live will come from the Pioneer head unit (hopefully).

what size amp in watts? or what size fuse does the amp require?

that will tell you if you can take it from the fusebox or if you need to take a new feed to the starter or leisure battery

ok, that should be fine @ 8.4A but sounds low to me,

the left and right are various. perm lives & BCM switched lives.

the center line of fuses are ignition switched, so you could use a piggy back . . . . or you could fit new pins in a spare fuse folder.

run a 15amp or above cable and fit a 10amp fuse to protect it. (then the amp will have its 8.4A easy)

though 8.4A @ 13.8v is only 115w (W=V*A). . . . so your sub&amp are 100W max? sounds abit low for a Sub Amp?

this example is 600W/900W max: https://www.amazon.co.uk/BC112SA-Su...05VEAFA0PZQ&psc=1&refRID=62PKFZXX805VEAFA0PZQ
