How To Load Personal Poi Category, Europe Camp Site?

Hi, I have a new Discovery Media Plus and cannot figure out how to load POIs or a poi category (campsites)
Also the pois that I activate in dont pop when I press pois on the sat nav menu.
Any help gratefully received.

Thanks a lot of useful stuff but not for downloading or creating POI category.
The system recognises the Archiespois.csv file through memory manager, but the button to download them is greyed out.
Any ideas?

Ok.

Have you tried the speed camera POI.. from the downloads section?

Try that and see what's different to your files.

If your vehicle is under three years old you will have a subscription to CarNet. If you use the app on your laptop you can send the POI’s direct to your vehicle. When next in your VW connect to the internet via your hotspot on your phone and they will be downloaded and installed.
If this is not possible then you need to download the poi’s to an SD card, put the card into your player and then copy them over.
I have Archie’s on mine and it works beautifully - when installed go to settings and turn them on under the poi tab so they display on your screen.
