EPB Retrofit ... the way to Stop & Go

Oh okay. Which one would fit there? Is there a car with a separate control unit in the mqb platform? Or does it all work via the abs?
 
First part arrived. I stating do have dummy question, where to put all this unit? Under driver seat? I ordered main unit from aliexpert and I’m still crossing my fingers that will working.

There is any way to check that module on desk?

How to check if that will working with my ABS? Unlucky I have that version that was mentioned as not support ACC :( and that was as well my idea to make that retrofit.

All T6 Abs work with ACC. That Information from my older Posts where wrong.
On Desk you can apply 12V and connect Can Bus to VCDS/VCP/ODIS and detect the Module.
You only need to add Can Termination in such a setup.
 
I just received package from my friend, it’s look quiet nice. Maybe at the evening I will give a try to connect o to vcds :)

Desta vez, um VW novo e genuíno, fabricado pela TRW.
Totalmente funcional e funcionando.
Já testado em bancada e no veículo :afirmativo:.
Também com o envolvimento de @dnoermann
verificamos a compatibilidade do BCM e esses módulos funcionam com todas as revisões de
BCM PQ25 Max4 7E0 937 090 (sem letra/B/C/D) :grin bounce:.

Você Usando a Unidade 56D você sabe me dizer o que é alimentação do terminal 15 e o que é alimentação do terminal 30?

Usando a Unidade 56D, você pode me dizer qual é a fonte de alimentação para o terminal 15 e qual é a fonte de alimentação para o terminal 30?

Terminal 15 -> PIN 22
Terminal 30 -> PIN 13 & PIN 15
Terminal 31 -> PIN 28 & PIN 30

Terminal 15 -> PIN 11
Terminal 30 -> PIN 7

After another "short" break I'm now read to mount the system into my VW Eos.
Electrically the EPB already is working well. Mechanically the calipers are lying behind my driver seat.
As I'm willing to finally mount the EPB into the car, I wonder about the orientation of the EPB control unit. Does anybody know how it is mounted in a Passat NMS? In my opinion the orientation is important because of build in position sensors nessesary for the unit to open the breaks in time.

Btw., does anybody need a guaranteed working original 56D907801A?
I've bought it in a time, when I thought, my first CU was broken.
If so, you can make me a realistic offer.
I just want to tell you that I've paid more than $350😱. So please be fair.

I've figured out, the connector leads to the right side.
 
I use B for over 4 years now.
And finally my first lot of EPB controllers has arrived.
This time brand new and genuine VW made by TRW.
Fully functioning and working.
Already tested on bench and in the vehicle :thumbsup:.

we have verified BCM compatibility and these modules work with all revisions of

I tried both A & B, and I couldn't see any difference.
Actually A can be flashed to B but this exercise doesn't change nor improve anything. Both revisions have the same coding and adaptation channel capabilities.
