I've noticed that my 1x main beam flash doesn't work when my headlight selector switch is set to side lights only position, or when set to AUTO in daylight (which equates to the same thing).
The blue main beam indicator illuminates on the dash when the control stalk is pulled, but lamps in headlight don't turn on.
However, the main beam flash DOES work as normal when the headlight selector switch is set to low beam on (and AUTO during darkness).
It's a bit of a problem on the road during daylight when trying to flash other drivers to pass etc at junctions, so would like to get it sorted.
Anybody else had this issue? My lights are retrofitted factory LEDs and there's a chance I may have incorrectly coded something during installation, but they were installed nearly 4 years ago and pretty sure I would have noticed the issue before now.
I've not got any new error codes in VCDS Autoscan (attached) which adds to the mystery!
