Hello, i am thinking of fitting a set of 18" sportlines on my black t32 kombi. It has the bigger brakes and so i was wondering if i need spacers? Probably going to fit b14's at the same time if that makes any difference. I think i read @Deaky had the same wheels/brakes and had spacers front and rear but couldnt find it again. Does anyone have any photos of the silver sportlines on a black van? Thanks very much

Sport lines are a straight fit, the newer style 5 spoke T5.1 wheels or the T6 style are fine it is only the older T5 twin spoke style wheels that need small spacers to allow the wheels to clear the callipers

Big brakes on my T32 running 18” T5.1 sportlines all round. No spacers required to make anything fit.

These are T5 sportlines and need 5mm spacers all round.

These don’t need spacers

No spacers.
You can put them on if you want to for aesthetic purposes, but they aren’t needed for function of clearing the VW bigger brakes.
If you are going for looks, then to get them to poke and fill the arches to the lips of the wings then maybe 25mm rear and 15mm front would be all that is required.

will these sportline wheels fit on a t6 t32 kombi ? I can’t remember which one will and which won’t because of the larger brakes thanks

@Deaky is running a set and they need 5mm spacers to clear the caliper
I assume it relates to the inside profile of the wheel ? It’s only the T5 Sportlines the 5.1s are ok without spacers

Definitely need 5mm spacers front and back

sorry to be a pain Deaky should they have the tpms sensors in them or are the wheels to early for that ?
