They are T15 bulbs by the look of it. Should be available in LED from Supercheap or Repco etc in Australia, Just make sure they are CANbus compatible.
They will also likely be polarity sensitive so will only work one way.
Your other cheaper option is Aliexpress but it is a bit hit and miss re quality.

The one shown here looks like it is for both side light and brake light. (two terminals on the bottom and the pins on the side offset (so the bulb can only be inserted one way). From what I could see on your previous image your reverse light has just a single terminal on the bottom and probably pins equal on opposite sides.

I think it is this I'm not keen on putting under scuttle as there will be water ingress. I layered the sound deadening mat to create a fall left and right as to avoid water pooling.Is this what you used?

I had t6 rear lights and fitted t6.1 lights , swapped out the upgraded reverse bulbs from one to the other .
