What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Which front swivel bases did you go for? 8 keep looking at these but never pull the trigger, not worried about the height more the movement or squeaking
I have factory swivels in this van . I have tried previous after market swivels in my old van . Rib & rusty lee .

Fantastic looking van! Do you mind telling me what roof rack that is? I bought a Fiamma F45s for my 4Motion Caravelle, which arrived today; unfortunately, I didn't read the description properly, and it turns out it needs to be fixed in place with SilkaFlex, which makes it pretty much a permanent feature of the van. I'd planned to add a roof rack in the near future, but may have to accelerate that purchase so I can use my new awning :think smile bounce:
Alternatively, you could fit it to Van Guard Ulti Bars. Worked for me. I too did not wish to drill holes in the van and glue on brackets.

Went to local weighbridge today to have the van (T32 LWB) weighed.
Front Axle - 1420kgs
Rear Axle - 1040kgs
Van - 2520kgs ( Includes R & R bed including cupboards and underbuilt fridge, plus storage shelves, plus poptop and a full tank of diesel)
Must get round to doing this.

Try it when loaded with beer! You might need an up-plate!

What do you need to do to get up plated Wayne?
I’m fitting big T32 discs and calipers and hopefully about to get my suspension done.
Think I must be close if not over my T28 limit
Wait until you've been to CRS, then it's a paper exercise, £276 later I now have a T31, others have a T31.5. SVR tech or Van Weight Engineering will see you right!

Hopefully nothing other than some paperwork and about £275. My T28 was up plated to 3150kg on paperwork alone. Drop Dee a message at Van Weight Engineering

Forever solar panel received this morning, Victron 270 watt rigid, £147 from a place in Tewkesbury, I believe they have now put the price up. Not quite in the 'big boys 300 watt club', but enough for little me!
Too big and too well wrapped to photograph!
Any offers on a 220 watt Renogy suitcase style solar array, never used in action, only on the drive to keep things topped up and running happily. Excellent if you don't want things stuck to your lid! 50 Ah input today, 650 Wh, 13.1 max Amps.
