A new Bosch S5 A11 starter battery. Strictly speaking, I ordered it yesterday from Amazon as I had a £100 voucher to use and their price was as good as anywhere else and cheaper than many. Hopefully a new starter battery will ease the drain on my leisure battery. I think it might have been working overtime to keep the starter battery at a working voltage. Due for delivery on Wednesday, just as we go away for 3 days so it’ll not get fitted until the following week An early Christmas present for the van.

I built the entryway cabinet and installed ambient lighting on the dashboard, as well as footwell lights.
The lighting turns on and off with the vehicle's exterior lights!

I installed everything by taking the power from the grey/blue cable of the light control and put the ground connected to the vehicle ground

Just bought myself an extra 10,000 miles of van use for £95 from Brentacre.
Already done 8k since renewal in July and my policy has. 10k limit, and with our usual foreign trips next year and the amount of mountain bike trips I’ve been doing I think I’ll be close to 20k by the renewal in July 2026.

Heated fan jets......... I have a cross Europe (Italy to Slovakia and then return) trip over the festive period and its going to be cold cold cold. Whilst I have plenty of minus 30 windscreen wash hoping that these will also help.
