What Have You Bought Today?

Perhaps give Jonathan a ring on 0161 745 7697
If your leisure battery permanently rests at over 13v, the normal AMT12-2 will certainly do the job.

A recent purchase was this semi flexible lecture pointing stick, pictured on my Caravelle Blinds pack as a clue...

The Caravelle doesn't have swivel seats or the handy B Pillar interior lock button and when "camping" in the back it's hard to reach the driver's door.

Yes I could take the door card off, the step and the B Pillar trim and spend a day putting my own switch in (I still might if I find guides to remove the trim) but for now this £4 stick solves the issue nicely

It now lives in the blinds pack, particularly after MrsRT asked why I had bought a Police Baton when I left it in the door pocket

Fancied a change from my 20" rims so bought these 17" jbw ones. Cobra lift kit being fitted on 8th Dec at vanstyle in Mansfield too so my 20" tomahawk chinook wheels may be for sale soon. View attachment 309745View attachment 309746
I've just bought some wheels, 18s, but was told I wasn't allowed to bring them in the kitchen ... what size are the tyres?

A fleeting visit through the kitchen. Now in conservatory as I don't want spiders nesting in them in the shed 😱 🕷🕷 The tyres are 245/65 r17. The biggest that can be fitted without mods apparently. I'm having the lift kit done to give a bit more arch space.

Good idea, I just tilt the seat forward, makes the button easier to reach.🤣

I've been doing that but I'm quite fastidious (MrsRT says "obsessive") about my driving position so it always annoys me for days afterwards - plus I tend to have the fridge stashed behind that seat as that's the 12v power side.

Just got a set of all seasons tyres fitted to my Devonports for a forthcoming winter trip to the alps and while they were in got the BBS set refurbed in a BMW anthracite colour. They look amazing but I need to wait till spring before I can fit them. 😭
Will need to get new centre caps or decals as the old ones look pretty scabby and don't match.

I got a set of these and have them fitted just need to wire them. I will probably adapt the wiring and have them come on with a trigger from the main beam rather than on a remote control. I guess they did it this way for simplicity as they use the exact same loom I think on all their light set ups.

EDIT once I have them fully set up I will update the relevant thread as I know thereis one

Button 1 - my driving position
