VCDS - Adjust handsfree microphone sensitivity

I've posted a thread in the ICE section relating to handsfree mic sensitivity setting on my T6.1 Discover Media system but no real solutions as yet. So I thought I'd try here in VCDS. Basically the I have to shout to be heard.

Do any of you VCDS boffins know if this setting can be adjusted on the Discover Media head unit?

Thanks mmi, I'm going to explore the world of VCDS. We have a few VAG vehicles in my company so it might be a good investment.

I'd say yes - it's safe choice - extremely capable tool, and most importantly well supported by the Forum on T6 business

Yes I've seen there is some great info on the forum.

I dropped Gendan a quick email just to confirm compatibility with a T6.1.

It is compatible also with T6.1 - but only the current interfaces HEX-V2 and HEX-NET. The older ones do not fully work on MY19 and onwards.
