[T6_measured] Injector failure

Unfortunately the test procedure is inside ODIS and not documented in Engine workshop manual.
Anyways, perhaps procedure below can be used to get idea how much to expect - suggests 25-30 ml in 10 minutes (for a 3.0 liter engine)
Note: T6 engines have UDS controllers.

VCDS can be set up to log injected amount and pressure during the test - to verify if "commanded" values match with actual amount.
