I held for 3 hrs one day , no11 in the queue 10.9.8......

Got to No1 and it went dead. went to their depot eventually, guy said they're so short staffed - no one answers the phone , the 'queue' descending - was other people giving up.

Good Heavens you are patient, I gave up after 7 mins. You should be awarded something for that commitment.!!

I don’t live too far from VanStyle so I was going to visit them to buy some grille trims.

On Google it says in shop buying. When I asked them if this was correct their email said you can click and collect from the warehouse … they aren’t there now to clarify this so I wondered if anyone had physically visited. If it’s going into Screwfix and you can’t walk around and view stuff I might as well order online!

I’m sure they’d bring it out from the warehouse for you to see before you buy, plus you’ll save on postage.

It’s about 30 mins from me.
I always pick up.
The stock is in the warehouses/units but there’s a sales counter the guys bring the parts to.
Give it a go!

I called into Vanstyle last Friday and bought a roof rail kit for my T6. They have a sales counter and were very helpful. I took away the parts I needed from their stock.
