I agree on the size but the CC2 is getting quite long in the tooth by now. They are clearly outclassed by newer offerings from the likes of Conti, and Bridgestone… Michelin should speed up the development of the CC3. 
Tyre choice for T32 Camper
I agree Crossclimate 2 have been out for more than a while now, perhaps a CC3 is around the corner! Still a great tyre but the gap is close or closed. One needs to read the reviews and comparisons very carefully now in this very hotly contended sector. I often wonder in some sectors of the press design their tests with so many sectors to point to a champion suited to themselves. certainly each year group tests appear to need to answer loads more questions. So I've been doing a bit of research on matching wheel size with speedo readings. Seems my T6.1 fitted with 225/65/17s (rather than the factory fitted 215/60/17) will have an actual speedo reading of 73.5mph at 70mph. No good for me so need to correct.
If you have VCDS and can use it properly you can change this but there are issues in trying to do so on a T6.1. It's complicated and seems not with out risk. If like me you are T6.1 owner who wants to increase tyre size a little but is not prepared to accept the speedo variation please read this Ross-Tech thread. Is there an option for “Winter Tyres” in the MFD settings? I believe that this will compensate for the slight increase in diameter of winter tyres. Might not be an ideal solution, but might get you into the right field.

I've looked into this winter tyres 'thing' in the MFD. As far as I understand it and read in the handbook (certainly on the T6.1 4mo) the winter tyres option does not compensate (speedo wise) for the diameter of the tyre. You set this option to give you a warning if you travel above the speed limit for a winter tyre, which is generally lower than a non winter. Thanks for trying. Back to square one
Have you compared your speedo to an independent GPS device to see how accurate you are to start with?

More or less. Without getting in the van....so from memory, on my 215/60/17s
Sat nav speed 70mph = speedo reading about 73mph.
Speedo reading 70mph = satnav reading 67/68mph.
If I fit 225/65s speedo reading @ 70mph = 73.5mph
I've been looking at this for so long my brain is starting to fry. It looks to me (please correct me if I'm wrong here) that the numbers pretty much cancel out running on 225/65s. I'm thinking both my speedo and the sat nav will be reading 70mph plus or minus 0.5mph. What do you think???? I need to check these properly again tomorrow.
Also need to check at 50mph. Heading to Norway for 8 weeks in July and apparently they're red hot on speeding. Massive fines for infringement. Not much room for error if I'm right with the figures above. Quite like doing 70 knowing I'm doing 67/68.

- Residential areas: 30 km/h (19 mph).
- Urban areas: 50 km/h (31 mph).
- Country roads: 80 km/h (50 mph).
- Dual carriageways/motorways: 90-110 km/h (56-68 mph).
235/55-17s are exactly the same diameter as the stock 215/60-17s. Good looking size too if they fit the rims.
Most speedometer over read. The French are suggesting that should be the Law.
Seems fine to me.
If I want to travel at 70 on cruise control, I set it at 73. Bang on 70 on the sat nav.
50 is 52.
60 is 62 or 63, depending how lucky I feel.
Identical for the car.

Yes 103 is the required load rating for a T32 4Mo (which I have)…
… you don’t need to take my word for it though:
you can look at your axle plate under your bonnet:
Divide biggest by 2 to get minimum tyre load capacity (860kg) and then find load rating which covers that (look up tables)… which you will find is 103 (875kg)!
