The fake exhaust tips are a f***ing disgrace
A trend that is everywhere most new high end motors Ferrari merc/ Audi rs/r /rr ect ect

You do know why though?
So that the same styling can be applied to hybrid / elec models, and the general phasing out of IC engines for mass manufacturers.
On aftermarket parts fitted to IC engines who have an exhaust which finishes in the middle of the van it’s utterly stupid!
Fortunately Leighton apparently have blanking pieces instead of fake tips, for those who’d rather not have them.
Got a link to that & pic why design a bumper for twin exit pipes & blank them ...

I completely agree. Without any pipes it just looks weird IMO. Saw this electric BMW M something the other day and it just looks strange with no exhaust(s). Maybe when electric vehicles are the norm we will be more used to seeing this, but right now it's weird!
I’d still have that rear bumper but get PP Tuning to alter the rear pipes to have the twin exhaust

Anyway, Towbar fitted to mine today.
Also fitted one of those EBay Sportline boot liners. Reasonable quality for the price. Cut around all the Seat brackets.

Does the Sportline Kombi not come with a rear rubber floor cover?
Yes, it does, the regular soft rubber liner.
But I wanted something to protect it and can be removed and cleaned.
I thought it was another case of cost cutting at VW.

Removed the front interior of mine today.
Floor sound deadened and Alpine Sub and Amp fitted. Not so simple to fit the sun due the amount of underseat electrics. Trailer units relocated to passenger side.

Yeah it was trimmed around the door steps on both sides. It cuts easy enough with a sharp blade.
