[Solved]Horn not working, all other buttons & illumination MSFW working...

Today I tried replace MFSW buttons to my old, oryginal from flat bottom wheel (part no 5G0959442AA H17 0052). Horn's working
Points goes to

I have to remove buttons T6 from wheel (bloody work) and try repair. I'll let you know what the effect is .

Victory! I found a damaged element on the MFSW left board just behind the horn plate pin ( I marked it in red in the photo below):


After replacing the element, the horn works, everything is put together.
Finally, the whole thing works as I had it set up at the beginning, on T73b / 36 and BCM byte 29 value 62.

I can deal with further topics in this project (there is still some left to fully convert to T6), but these are topics for separate threads.

hi,

sorry for picking up this tread.
i am now installing my new steeringwheel with paddles and without the cruisecontrol function but with mfa and radio buttons.
on my previous t6 everything worked imediatly, but on this it wont.
t6 is an euro6 the previous one was a euro 5.

i have the cruisecontrol and mfa buttons on the stalks.

only my horns and illumination is workin.
if i push the ok button the radio sound goes off.
the rest of the buttons arent working.
anybody some advice? kabel is now fitted on pin 36
i dont have the submenu in the dropdown. cheers
