Adding the BM6 and whilst at or adding supplementary fuse box - left three are fed from an ignition live inside the car and right three fed from the battery.

I’ve been collecting odds and sods from way far back and so the stack of Dewalt boxes contains all my electrical bits and bobs and it’s super handy to be able to just wheel it out.

Also added THQ v3 lights with LED bulbs, MOT station adjusted the beam pattern – one was a bit high and the other a bit low.

Added wheel spacers as the Devonports now looked lost and I didn’t want bigger rims. 20 Rear and 15 to the front

As a fellow 6.1 owner who feels the battery is a touch exposed where did you get the extra battery separator and cover from?

The large piece was on the vehicle when I bought it as every Transporter I have had has always had that bit as it bolts to the engine mounts.

The smaller segment at the front that sits over the OEM extra fuse box I got on ebay.

7H0915438A is the part number for the bit that bolts down to the engine mount - Volkswagen TRANSPORTER T5 2005 Battery Tray Surround 7H0915438A for sale online | eBay but do search as price varies.

7HO915 435 is the other bit. Side Battery Cover Volkswagen Transporter 03 > 7H0915435 New Genuine part | eBay

Thanks that's above and beyond. I have the big size piece, it was the smaller side piece by the coolant tank and the top cover I was trying to find
