Hi,
I have a LWB t6.1 shuttle SE. I’m planning to remove third row of seats and leave the three individual seats in the middle.
First winter with the van has barely started and can already see the carpet is going to get very ratty very quickly with two kids and a dog so looking to replace with something more hard wearing.
On the face of it, seems like a relatively simple DIY job to do, but struggling to source a ply floor kit with shuttle bracket holes and twin sliders. Im sure I can find someone to customer make one, or get a twin sliders floor and use the carpet as a template to cut brackets.
Other concern is whether insulation, ply and covering will be deeper than the carpet and therefore conflict with the interior trim. Has anyone any experience with flooring in the shuttle without needing to adapt the trim panels?
