Hi all,

Apologies if this has already been covered — I’ve had a good look through the forum but couldn’t find anything specific to this setup.

I’m thinking about moving up to 20” Leighton LV-4s (9J all round) on my T32 Shuttle and just wanted to get a bit of real-world feedback before pulling the trigger.

The van is running a CRS Performance suspension, sitting at roughly a 40mm drop. It’s not usually fully loaded day-to-day, just the odd trip/holidays.

Leighton have been really helpful and talked me through everything — they’ve confirmed no staggered setup due to the Shuttle and recommended 275/35 R20, saying it should all be absolutely fine.
Just wondering if anyone is running a similar setup and if there are any issues I should be aware of? Mainly thinking around:

  • Any rubbing (arches or sliding door)
  • Ride quality on UK roads
  • General day-to-day usability

    Appreciate any advice 👍

Maybe edit the title to attract a response and make it easier for others to re-use the knowledge in the future.

There are quite a few examples on here of folks downsizing from 20" wheels to improve ride quality, I don't recall anyone saying that upsizing to 20" has improved ride quality. IMHO the only benefits of 20" wheels are in the eye of the beholder, but that is just my opinion, other opinions are available.
