Price of diesel in your area?

Just filled the van up with standard diesel from the local Morrisons, plus a couple of jerry cans "just in case". Only 53 litres in total, but still cost £100 @ 188.8p per litre.

It's going to be toilet rolls all over again... (googles Jerry cans)....

I have approx 250 l @ EUR 1.60 sat outside in my Winnebago RV here in Italy however as I may need to bring it to the UK I really dont want to use it on the transporter

I was tempted to fill up yesterday at Sainsbury's in Liverpool at £185.9 since that's cheaper by at least 2p than anywhere more local to me, but just as I was about to pull in I heard on the radio that prices are expected to come down a bit in the next few days. Decided to gamble and aborted.
Then on the way home after midnight spotted the first completely unmanned station I've seen (at Aintree).
Decided this was probably the cheapest I'm going to see this side of Mull, so filled her to the brim.

There's a few around Liverpool and always a.lot cheaper than most and only a couple of pence more than Costco. I last filled the van up at the garage on Brewster St at £1.35 a few weeks ago and filled the tank before the madness began. They were the days!! Dread filling it now!!!!

On a trip down to Hampshire and Dorset last week the average price for diesel was around £1.93. However the garage at Wandsworth roundabout was advertising it for £2.15.

I have a 1000 mile cross EU journey from Italy to UK in this to do ....... over the weekend to bring it back to sell. I am coming via Germany to mostly avoid the French tolls and bonus of that is that I get to use the Autohof fuel stations so am interested to see what prices they are.

I've been monitoring fuel closely over last couple of days and the madness is that the local motorway service is 1.99 eur compared to everywhere else ranging from 2.04 to 2.11 a litre.

I think I need 300l to fill it up as its got a 1/4 of a tank already.............
