That’s what I have as well, I suspect the kit we both need is £650

I think mine is MY18. I'm sure I read somewhere on here that the different MY's require different bits to get it to work. I'll see if I can find it.

I think the MY info is only applicable if you've already got folding mirrors after reading it this morning but there is some info on that page about moving from non folding to folding too. As you said it's expensive!

Think I’ll just live with non folding mirrors for now.

Me too, i like it on my wife's tiguan as reassurance at a glance that the motor is locked. If I could do it for less than a couple of hundred quid I'd probably go for it but I can think of better things to spend £6-750 on.

Hi electrickery wizards, following the initial rapture of the folding mirrors by a *specialist* the pleasure dissipated as the internal switching now only works sporadically, maybe coincidentally the barn doors only unlock with a second push and now the sliding door has started the same thing.These may be unrelated..as a builder I am well familiar with the "the toilet/central heating/door bell worked fine until you hung a new door scenario. They guy who fitted says he thinks the switching is due to an over crimped terminal where the travelinlite module is joined to the big white thing below the steering column(there you have my level of expertise) Trouble is 160 mile round trip for me..and he said give us some warning as we are busy! Don't think so..you have my money, I have faults..you will fix it as soon as I can get there. Could the two issues be related? Cheers wise ones
