So I received an email from Lookers Volkswagen to let me know my service was due.
Tried to book online with no luck, so I called them up. Had to give all my details as they didn't have them on their system (even though I bought the van from them last year) and then was give end of April as first available appointment.
Asked for an appointment without the courtesy vehicle and that was only one day before the courtesy vehicle appointment!
So I'm trying out a local VAG specialist for my service. Kinda apprehensive as i have always used main dealers every other year for my car.
