Hi.
I have read though all of this thread and am wanting to do this conversation on my T5.1. I can source all the comments apart from the 56d907801 control unit. Can anyone advise or know anywhere I can get one from?

You can get one from China. But if you worry ripoffs, I can go to a nearby car scrapyard and take one off for you

Besides that detail I mentioned, I would have to find someone good at ECU programming to adjust some parameters.

Whenever you need, add us and let's see whether Chinese can come to help. As we have different engine layouts and of course ECUs are totally different. (Especially we don't have diesel VWs that many, except a Tiguan 5N (1G))

In my case, it would be a 2010 Jetta Mk5 with an O7k engine and a DQ250 transmission.
