Emissions/exhaust light in dash

unlikely, is the Start-Stop operating correctly?
Depends what "correctly" is. It works sometimes but certainly doesn't shut off every time I come to a stop, put the break on and take it out of gear, even if the wheels are straight.

Reading your full account, I am inclined to say that your problems stem from the adblue sensor issues that need a software update. Once it is fixed, the ECU will be able to do it’s DPF regerations when required.
The remap may have a bearing on this as we don’t know what has been altered and if that is causing unintended issues with EGR operation etc.
So, I have now bought a Carista and plugged it in. It told me I have 9 faults:

3 x Basic OBD2:
P0401
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation “A” Flow - Insufficient Detected (Pending Confirmed)
P204F - Reductant System Performance Bank 1 (Confirmed)
P20EE - SCR NOx Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 (Pending Confirmed)

3 x Central Electronics:
03442
- Feedback Lock-Position Trunk
00979 - Lamp for Low Beam; Right (M31)
01504 - Bulb for License-Plate Light (X)

3 x Engine:
I have had to google what these 3 mean so may have it wrong....
33262
?Reductant System Performance Bank 1
31103 ?SCR NOx Catalyst Bank 1
23871

I've been reading a lot online and read that you can trigger some warning lights by overfilling the AdBlue which then means that the sensor needs recalibrating. There is a high chance that I did that. Would that account for any of these faults?

I have bought a Carista & have the following codes:
Should reset them & wait till annual service in Feb to get them sorted...

Basic OBD2:

P2006 (Pending) - Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Closed Bank 1

P20EE (Confirmed) - SCR NOx Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1

It’s ironic that adblue was introduced to vehicles in an attempt to reduce emissions, yet we are needing to drive our vans in order that it performs as it should , or am being thick?

We have a fleet of Berlingos and any of the adblue variant have been nothing but trouble

The ECU software seems to be up to date - so no easy fix there.

Should reset them & wait till annual service in Feb to get them sorted...
Resetting them leaves nothing to work at the service. On the other hand if the faults won't resurface there would be nothing to repair.

P2006 (Pending) - Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Closed Bank 1
I'm inclined to think the air intake manifold needs attention.

Meanwhile the P20EE is just an indication of raised exhaust NOx level - as such not an indication of any specific component failure. Quite possibly here just a consequence of the above.

Your input is much appreciated, do you think it’s ok to wait till February to be addressed?

I have learnt my lesson.
Any faults/issues you are aware of,
get it diagnosed properly and fixed with no delay.
Waiting is always gambling,
as some engine related faults can lead to very costly consequences.

I'm afraid we don't have enough information at the moment. E.g. Carista's fault log lacks all the details of the faults - time/mileage stamps, fault frequency, etc. thus we actually don't know if the pending (P2006) fault was just a single hiccup a long time ago, or if it's a fresh, frequent one.
Have you got flashing coil warning light on dash? If so - a proper diagnosis is definitely needed.

The P2006 issue was seen also here:

EDIT:
The location of the manifold flap actuator:

I have had the flashing coil light a couple of times but if I switch off ignition & restart it goes out.

The intake manifold flap is controlled by an actuator which is vacuum operated, check the small hose that feeds it, check the actuator moves as the flap can carbon up and if that is the case will need a replacement manifold.

I believe it needs to be diagnosed and repaired fairly soon. Engine runs a self-diagnostics at start-up - thus then non-existing active faults are "cleared" - the warning light is extinguished. However, the faults will stay in engine's fault log (presumably as "pending", and without further resurfacing eventually will be archived as "inactive").
An example from "Car Scanner" app - by taking advantage of Carista dongle.

Just some feedback for everybody who made helpful suggestions. I had the MAP sensor cleaned and this seems to have done the job!
