Carista Drive Away Auto Locking Not Working

Hi All, looking for some help with the auto lock when moving function on Carista as I cannot get it to work. I have a 22 plate 6.1 Highline. I first tried the standard app, managed to get into the settings for auto locking but nothing happens when I set the options to yes. I then tried the Beta App and again it didn't work. The infotainment system has it ticked. I have tried all combinations of the three options. I have also reset the infortainment to factory as the app said this might work. I did manage to get the folding mirrors to work so I know that the adapter is able to save settings to the van. I also tried with the bonnet open and closed.

Normal door locking with the remote or diver's buttons work fine by the way.

I have read on here that some people have option A and B, I only get one option for my van. I'd be grateful for any further suggestions as I am at a loss of where to go from here. Screenshots in case they help:

I’ve tried all options on my t6 including bonnet open and can’t get it to work either.

On my T6.1 (20 plate), I go Menu > Vehicle > Settings > Opening and closing.
Tick box for "lock automatically when driving".

Thanks for replying, can confirm we do have a tick in that box, still doesn't make a difference

Mine locks at approx 10mph.

Sadly not, just gave up in the end after trying everything I could find and speaking with Carista.
